• Meeting Point: Your meeting point time is indicated on your wristband. Please arrive promptly.
• Wetsuits & Belongings: At the meeting point, you will be provided with a wetsuit. You will also be provided with a basket to place your clothes, bags, and other items in, which will be locked away in our wetsuit booth. When returning the wetsuits, please give them back in the same way they were provided to you.
• Jewelry & Swimwear: Make sure to remove ALL of your jewelry, piercings, and hair accessories. Swimwear must not have any metal or plastic accessories, beads, sequins, etc.
• Showers & Hygiene: Shower before putting on your wetsuit and ensure showers are turned off manually after each use. Remove any band-aids before the interaction.
• Aviary Access: Your activity wristband entitles you to 1 free cup of bird seed to feed the small birds in our aviary. Please show your wristband to the staff member at the entrance. Aviary times are indicated on your program on the app.
• Food and Drinks: Bringing outside food or drinks into the park is not permitted. There is a restaurant café inside the park that offers everything you need to spend a relaxing day.
• Smoking Area: There is only one designated smoking area in the park, located on the terrace behind the restaurant. Smoking is strictly prohibited everywhere else.
• Animal Rules: It is strictly forbidden to knock on animal enclosures, feed the animals unless expressly authorized, shout in the animal areas, and climb over the protective barriers.
• No Pets Allowed: For the safety of our resident animals, pets are not permitted inside the park.
• Attire: For hygiene reasons, visiting the park in swimwear is not permitted; visitors must remain covered at all times.
