• Check-in & Activity Times: Dear guests, the times indicated in our online booking system refer to check-in: 9:30 AM for morning experiences or by 2:00 PM for afternoon ones. The exact time of your interaction will be determined based on the daily schedule.
• Animal Well-being: Since the well-being of and respect for our animals are our absolute priority, we reserve the right to adjust the activity schedule to protect their health, while still guaranteeing the full delivery of the booked service.
• Participants with Disabilities: If you wish to take part in a dolphin experience, please send an email to [email protected] before booking online so we can provide you with the most suitable option.
